Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3RF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,442 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH3RF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH3RF2_S649, SFN, and PITPNM3_S907. Each is linked with SH3RF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3RF2-to-partner and partner-to-SH3RF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH3RF2 versus SH3RF2_S649 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
