Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3RF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,268 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH3RF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP126, DNAL1, and PI3. Each is linked with SH3RF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3RF2-to-partner and partner-to-SH3RF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH3RF2 versus CEP126 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
