SH3RF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3RF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,196 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3RF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL12P40, CYP4F36P, and MIR8075. Each is linked with SH3RF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3RF2-to-partner and partner-to-SH3RF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL12P40 grouped by SH3RF2-low versus SH3RF2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3RF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3RF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
