Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH3RF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,462 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3RF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fibroblast migration, Actin filament organization, and Cellular response to external stimulus. Each is linked with SH3RF2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3RF2-to-partner and partner-to-SH3RF2 results are reported.
