Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH3RF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH3RF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L3, SCGB3A2, and ADAMTS18. Each is linked with SH3RF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3RF2-to-partner and partner-to-SH3RF2 results are reported.
