Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SH3RF1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SH3RF1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SH3RF1 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SH3RF1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, LSCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where SH3RF1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
