SH3RF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3RF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,873 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3RF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPRC, EVI2B, and TRIM2. Each is linked with SH3RF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3RF1-to-partner and partner-to-SH3RF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH3RF1 versus PTPRC in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3RF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3RF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
