SH3RF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3RF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,125 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3RF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCP2, PLS1, and STX3. Each is linked with SH3RF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3RF1-to-partner and partner-to-SH3RF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH3RF1 versus SCP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3RF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3RF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
