SH3RF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH3RF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,241 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3RF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell differentiation, Cellular response to abiotic stimulus, and Protein localization to plasma membrane. Each is linked with SH3RF1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3RF1-to-partner and partner-to-SH3RF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell differentiation grouped by SH3RF1-low versus SH3RF1-high in CNS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3RF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3RF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
