Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3KBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH3KBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Rictor_pT1135, and TIGAR. Each is linked with SH3KBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3KBP1-to-partner and partner-to-SH3KBP1 results are reported.
