Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH3KBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,848 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH3KBP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Actin filament organization, Urokinase plasminogen activator signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of cell-substrate junction organization. Each is linked with SH3KBP1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3KBP1-to-partner and partner-to-SH3KBP1 results are reported.
