Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH3KBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH3KBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF12, FSHB, and ZPBP2. Each is linked with SH3KBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3KBP1-to-partner and partner-to-SH3KBP1 results are reported.
