Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3GLB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,929 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3GLB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARRDC1, MIGA2, and DPH7. Each is linked with SH3GLB2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3GLB2-to-partner and partner-to-SH3GLB2 results are reported.
