Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH3GLB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,380 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3GLB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sperm motility, Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, and Cilium-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with SH3GLB2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3GLB2-to-partner and partner-to-SH3GLB2 results are reported.
