SH3GL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3GL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,774 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3GL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSIP1, PTBP2, and TMOD2. Each is linked with SH3GL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3GL2-to-partner and partner-to-SH3GL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH3GL2 versus PSIP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3GL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3GL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
