SH3GL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3GL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,296 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3GL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP17, DNAJA1P6, and RNA5SP65. Each is linked with SH3GL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3GL2-to-partner and partner-to-SH3GL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP17 grouped by SH3GL2-low versus SH3GL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3GL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3GL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
