Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH3GL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,785 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH3GL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of blood-brain barrier permeability, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Cellular response to brain-derived neurotrophic factor stimulus. Each is linked with SH3GL2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3GL2-to-partner and partner-to-SH3GL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of blood-brain barrier permeability grouped by SH3GL2-low versus SH3GL2-high in SKIN.
