Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3GL1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,996 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH3GL1P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB32, DNAJA1, and VDAC2_S115. Each is linked with SH3GL1P2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3GL1P2-to-partner and partner-to-SH3GL1P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH3GL1P2 versus RAB32 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
