SH3GL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3GL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,831 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3GL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM45A, SMCO2, and RAB31. Each is linked with SH3GL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3GL1-to-partner and partner-to-SH3GL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH3GL1 versus TMEM45A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3GL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3GL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
