Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH3GL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,376 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3GL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Vesicle uncoating. Each is linked with SH3GL1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3GL1-to-partner and partner-to-SH3GL1 results are reported.
