SH3GL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH3GL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3GL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZP2, MYBPC3, and CFC1B. Each is linked with SH3GL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3GL1-to-partner and partner-to-SH3GL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZP2 grouped by SH3GL1-low versus SH3GL1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3GL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3GL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
