The most reproducible SH3D21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, and Negative regulation of cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway.
