Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH3BP5L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,979 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH3BP5L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein sumoylation, Modulation of microtubule cytoskeleton involved in cerebral cortex radial glia guided migration, and Positive regulation of protein sumoylation. Each is linked with SH3BP5L in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3BP5L-to-partner and partner-to-SH3BP5L results are reported.
