SH3BP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3BP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,737 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3BP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAVIN3, FES, and TLN1. Each is linked with SH3BP5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3BP5-to-partner and partner-to-SH3BP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH3BP5 versus CAVIN3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3BP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3BP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
