Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3BP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,389 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3BP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH3BP4_S246, SH3BP4_S296, and SH3BP4_S19. Each is linked with SH3BP4 in more than 9 cancer types.
