Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3BP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,200 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH3BP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRISPLD1, ZNF219, and SEPTIN2. Each is linked with SH3BP4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3BP4-to-partner and partner-to-SH3BP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH3BP4 versus CRISPLD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3BP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3BP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
