Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH3BP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,878 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3BP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Actin filament organization, Regulation of actin filament organization, and Regulation of cellular response to transforming growth factor beta stimulus. Each is linked with SH3BP4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3BP4-to-partner and partner-to-SH3BP4 results are reported.
