SH3BP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3BP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3BP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, Chk2_pT68, and eEF2. Each is linked with SH3BP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3BP2-to-partner and partner-to-SH3BP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rad50 grouped by SH3BP2-low versus SH3BP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3BP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3BP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
