Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH3BP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 91 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH3BP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL36A, IQCF5, and VWA3B. Each is linked with SH3BP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3BP2-to-partner and partner-to-SH3BP2 results are reported.
