The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher SH3BGRL2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SH3BGRL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where SH3BGRL2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
