SH3BGR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3BGR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,670 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3BGR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBA1_S835, PRKAA2_S491, and OSCP1. Each is linked with SH3BGR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3BGR-to-partner and partner-to-SH3BGR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3BGR→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3BGR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
