Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SH2D7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SH2D7 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher SH2D7 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SH2D7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC and SKCM are the cancer types where SH2D7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
