Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SH2D5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SH2D5 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SH2D5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SH2D5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where SH2D5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
