Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH2D4A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH2D4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Di-Ras3, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with SH2D4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH2D4A-to-partner and partner-to-SH2D4A results are reported.
