Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH2D4A mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH2D4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCL161, Fludarabine, and 123829. Each is linked with SH2D4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH2D4A-to-partner and partner-to-SH2D4A results are reported.
