Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SH2D1B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SH2D1B data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher SH2D1B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SH2D1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC are the cancer types where SH2D1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
