SGTB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGTB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,461 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGTB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEP170, CDH1, and ELMO2. Each is linked with SGTB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGTB-to-partner and partner-to-SGTB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGTB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGTB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
