SGTB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGTB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,192 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGTB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZEB2, IL2RA, and SFMBT2. Each is linked with SGTB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGTB-to-partner and partner-to-SGTB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGTB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGTB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
