Across TCGA cell cohorts, SGTB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,009 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGTB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome cycle, Microtubule organizing center organization, and Regulation of microtubule-based process. Each is linked with SGTB in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGTB-to-partner and partner-to-SGTB results are reported.
