SGTA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGTA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,687 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGTA-associated genes across cancer lineages are C19orf25, NCLN, and MAP2K2. Each is linked with SGTA in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGTA-to-partner and partner-to-SGTA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGTA versus C19orf25 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGTA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGTA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
