Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGTA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,253 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGTA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THOP1, UHRF1, and CHAF1A_S141. Each is linked with SGTA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGTA-to-partner and partner-to-SGTA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGTA versus THOP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
