Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGTA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,685 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SGTA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEKHJ1, C19orf25, and BTBD2. Each is linked with SGTA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGTA-to-partner and partner-to-SGTA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGTA versus PLEKHJ1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGTA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGTA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
