Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGTA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,659 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGTA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP158, RPL34P8, and RPS29P32. Each is linked with SGTA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGTA-to-partner and partner-to-SGTA results are reported.
