SGSM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGSM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,855 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGSM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TICAM1, NFATC1, and ELAC2. Each is linked with SGSM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGSM3-to-partner and partner-to-SGSM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TICAM1 grouped by SGSM3-low versus SGSM3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGSM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGSM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
