Across TCGA cell cohorts, SGSM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,959 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGSM3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure, and Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with SGSM3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGSM3-to-partner and partner-to-SGSM3 results are reported.
