Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGSM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,255 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SGSM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIFR-AS1, SNRPD3, and SUN2. Each is linked with SGSM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGSM1-to-partner and partner-to-SGSM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGSM1 versus LIFR-AS1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGSM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGSM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
