SGSM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGSM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,232 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGSM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEPDC1, CDC7, and CDCA2. Each is linked with SGSM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGSM1-to-partner and partner-to-SGSM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEPDC1 grouped by SGSM1-low versus SGSM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGSM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGSM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
