SGSM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SGSM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 691 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGSM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED31, TRAPPC13, and OSCP1. Each is linked with SGSM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGSM1-to-partner and partner-to-SGSM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED31 grouped by SGSM1-low versus SGSM1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGSM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGSM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
