SGSH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGSH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,846 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGSH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAMSAP2_S599, PPP2R5C_S497, and PROM1. Each is linked with SGSH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGSH-to-partner and partner-to-SGSH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGSH versus CAMSAP2_S599 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGSH→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGSH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
