SGSH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGSH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,149 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGSH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP113, MIR548H4, and MIR7702. Each is linked with SGSH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGSH-to-partner and partner-to-SGSH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP113 grouped by SGSH-low versus SGSH-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGSH→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGSH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
